Josh Arisohn Speaks With CNN About Twitter Anti-Terrorism Lawsuit
On January 13, 2016, Bursor & Fisher filed a lawsuit against Twitter, Inc. on behalf of Tamara Fields, whose husband Carl was killed by an ISIS operative. Through this lawsuit, Ms. Fields is seeking to hold Twitter liable under the the Anti-Terrorism Act for knowingly providing material support to ISIS.
