Sarah N. Westcot is an Associate with Bursor & Fisher, P.A. Sarah focuses her practice on complex business litigation and consumer class actions. Prior to joining Bursor & Fisher, Sarah litigated civil actions as an attorney with Bay Area Legal Aid in San Jose, CA. Sarah is admitted to the State Bar of California and the bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern District of California, Central District of California, Southern District of California, and Eastern District of California. Sarah is a member of the American Bar Association. Sarah received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2009. During her third year of law school, Sarah worked as a law clerk with the local public defender's office representing juvenile clients in criminal hearings.
