Fischer of the United States District Court for the Central District of California appointed Bursor & Fisher, P.A. to serve as Interim Class Counsel in White v. Your Baby Can, LLC, to represent a proposed nationwide class of purchasers of the Your Baby Can Read! child educational products. The lawsuit alleges the marketing and promotion of the "Your Baby Can Read!" products relies on false and misleading claims regarding the product's ability to teach infants as young as 9 months old to read.
