Bursor & Fisher, P.A. Files FOIA Lawsuit Against FCC Related to Clients' Opposition of Proposed Merger of AT&T and T-Mobile

On August 5, 2011, Bursor & Fisher, P.A. sued the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act to obtain critical market concentration information to assist clients in opposing the proposed $39 billion takeover of T-Mobile by AT&T.

Bursor & Fisher requested the market concentration information from the FCC on behalf of clients who oppose the proposed takeover through an FCC proceeding, see FCC WT Docket No. 11-65.
