December 12, 2011 Bursor & Fisher, P.A. Appointed Interim Class Counsel in Rich Dad Education Lawsuit On December 12, 2011, Judge Paul A. Engelmayer of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York appointed Bursor & Fisher, P.A. to serve as sole Interim Class Counsel in Crewe v. Rich Dad Education, LLC et al., Case No. 11-CIV-8301 (PAE), to represent a proposed nationwide class of persons who paid to attend Rich Dad Education's training seminars and/or purchased Rich Dad Education's mentoring or coaching services. The lawsuit alleges that Rich Dad Education workshops and training courses do not provide attendees with any financial education. Rather, the workshops and courses are merely an aggressive sales pitch to upsell customers increasingly expensive financial training programs. "We are pleased that Judge Engelmayer recognized our firm's qualifications and the substantial amount of work we have done to investigate these claims," said Joseph I. Marchese, one of the firm's partners handling the matter. "We intend to litigate this case vigorously on behalf of our clients and class members who purchased Rich Dad Education's financial training services." About Bursor & Fisher, P.A.
