Bursor & Fisher Announces A Class Action Against Snooki on Behalf of Zantrex Purchasers

Bursor & Fisher, P.A. announced that it filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of Zantrex against defendants Basic Research, L.L.C., Zoller Laboratories, L.L.C., Dennis W. Gay, Daniel B. Mowrey, Mitchell K. Friedlander, and Nicole E. Polizzi a/k/a Snooki.

The lawsuit alleges defendants’ representations that Zantrex will provide “rapid weight loss” and “rapid fat loss” are false and misleading.
