Bursor & Fisher Appointed Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in SanDisk SSDs Litigation

On December 4, 2023, District Judge Rita F. Lin of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, appointed Bursor & Fisher, P.A. as Interim Co-Lead Class Counsel in the matter captioned In Re: SanDisk SSDs Litigation. In its order, the Court stated that “Bursor & Fisher … has had significant experience representing certified classes (and representing putative classes as interim class counsel) in false advertising and product defect cases involving consumer products and electronics, as is alleged here.”
