Jennifer S. Rosenberg is a staff attorney with Bursor & Fisher, P.A.  Jennifer has decades of experience litigating class action and complex business litigation matters in California.  Prior to joining Bursor & Fisher, Jennifer was an attorney with Bramson, Plutzik, Mahler & Birkhaeuser. In addition, Jennifer served as a fee arbitrator, small claims appeals judge, and judge pro tem for civil matters in Contra Costa County Superior Court.  She has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco, and has taught business law and business ethics in the undergraduate and MBA programs of the McLaren School of Business.

Jennifer has been a contributing writer to Justice Maria Rivera’s California Civil Procedure Before Trial Forms, the companion practice guide to Weil and Brown’s California Civil Procedure Before Trial, since the book was first published in 2005.  She has also published articles in California Lawyer and Business Voice magazines and edited the 1994 edition of Remy, Thomas & Moose’s Guide to the California Environmental Quality Act.

Jennifer was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1985.  She is a member of the bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.

Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Boalt Hall at the University of California at Berkeley in 1985.  In 1982, she received her A.B. with great distinction from the University of California at Berkeley.
