$4.1 Million California Service Bureau Settlement

The Problem

California Service Bureau allegedly robocalled consumers without prior consent in violation of federal law.

What We Did

We filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who received robocalls without prior consent. After 2 years of litigation, we negotiated a nationwide settlement valued at $4.1 million.

What Our Clients Got

The Court awarded the class representatives $5,000 incentive awards each. Class members received cash payments of over $1,000 each.
